I tried to find out more about a reversible skirt it seems I'm a little 'fluffy' for your largest size but I didn't want to special order in case I didn't like the style or fabric. I was told I could order the largest size to see garment & if it didn't fit I then could return it & order the size needed. The questions were answered within about 48 hours (consider weekend shopping & questions) very quick service.

My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

I was very impressed with the customer service considering what we have to deal with now days. I had a very minor issue that was unavoidable when I received what I ordered. When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange.
