I've made purchases from historical emporium several times before. I live in the West U.S. (Colorado and New Mexico) and like the frontier style of your shirts. Every shirt I've purchased with this style looks excellent along with my flat-topped western hats and my cowboy boots. The complete look is true west - not "Hollywood fakey". I get compliments on what I wear almost every day - from family, friends, and - even from folks I don't know, at a store or shopping mall or gas station for example! Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.

It would be convenient if the pants could be ordered with shorter inseam.

I tried to find out more about a reversible skirt it seems I'm a little 'fluffy' for your largest size but I didn't want to special order in case I didn't like the style or fabric. I was told I could order the largest size to see garment & if it didn't fit I then could return it & order the size needed. The questions were answered within about 48 hours (consider weekend shopping & questions) very quick service.

Leonard is very helpful. The items we ordered came and were good quality. The 2 items I needed to exchange for size came quickly and a refund was also given quickly. Definitely will order from this company again.

Absolutely beautiful selection of historical clothing and pieces on a website that is very smart and easy to use!
