I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. In this day and age customer service as good as historical emporium is few and far between. Thank you and keep up the great work !!!!

I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. The quality of the clothes and the service is always excellent. Unfortunately, I do have to return most of what I but because my measurements are not textbook within the guidelines of the size chart. So, a garment may fit in one area but not another.
