I ordered the wrong size hat. Expressed shipped it back and Julia was great help as was Noel who's suggestion worked best. US mail had the package arriving in San Jose, the 3rd. It didn't get there. Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. Extremely responsive customer service, and turnaround time faster than what was listed on the site. What they make is very high quality, with good construction and materials, and very historically-accurate. It does not look "ready made" like a lot of other historical costumes I see.
