I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.

My boots arrived much sooner than they were supposed to. I'm glad that I only paid for standard shipping, as any upgrade would have been a waste of money. The fit was perfect, and I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship. I have ordered twice, and haven't had to return anything, so I can't speak on customer service issues, but I'm sure I will be placing another order soon.

Placed an order for a holster and received it very quickly. It was to small and I returned it. I repeated the process, and on the 3rd time, I received the size that fit me best. (the size issue was mine). Quick turn on my orders, quick turn on credits. Absolutely great customer service!
