I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. I had a great experience with the Emporium. They have some pants cut in a more modern fit. This was a great benefit for me as I am short and short waisted! Maybe in future you could consider offering more Trousers with a similar cut. I'm sure I am not the only person who would prefer the fit! The order arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted.
