I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. Over the years, I have purchased four blouses and several skirts for my Victorian time period. I have always been very pleased with the quality and service. I have found the skirts to run a little large in the waist, but there are extra buttons to make easy adjustments. Blouses are always my perfect fit. Various jewelry purchases always get compliments. There have been occasions when I chose Historical Emporium garments because they are shipped more rapidly than competitors. My husband has a full Victorian outfit from Historical Emporium that he is proud to wear, plus two different top hats. He carried the grey one in his car to put on whenever visiting our History Center!

Very well satisfied with the company. This particular vest wasn't exactly what I expected because it was a stiff canvas fabric. I've had such good luck with all the other products I purchased from Historical Emporium that I didn't pay that close attention thinking it would be very much like the other vests. I'll be back as a shopper.

Fantastic product! Professionally crafted, high quality materials, Packed and shipped beautifully. Comfortable lining of interior and pockets. I wore it the entire evening and was not once uncomfortable or heated. And the jacket weathered it nicely, a quick brushing, and it looked like i just took it out of the bag.

Historical emporium as high quality shirts. They look very nice made with quality material this is not my first shirt I bought before. Recommend anybody looking for this style. You can't go wrong..
