Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. Ordered five products overall from historical emporium. Had to return one for a refund, I use the size chart provided, and product was too big. I returned it to the company and was refunded within the week. Order processing and shipping was faster than I expected. Overall a great experience.
