I purchased a Red Bib shirt which was not the material advertised. This came as a surprise to Customer Service who immediately sent me a return label and RMA.
They were great, the company that made the shirt was not following the agreed upon material choice were not so great.

Whenever I have emailed to ask a question about something; I always get a reply asap, the quality of the clothes is amazing, bought a pair of cotton brushed trousers a few years back and they still looking good and still holding up! I've never once had a single issue with them aside from getting a waistcoat too big but that's because I ordered the wrong size! Incredible service and would 1000% order from there again and recommend the site to others.

I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. In this day and age customer service as good as historical emporium is few and far between. Thank you and keep up the great work !!!!
