The quality of the clothes and the service is always excellent. Unfortunately, I do have to return most of what I but because my measurements are not textbook within the guidelines of the size chart. So, a garment may fit in one area but not another.

The customer service representative was knowledgeable about the situation! There was a minor delay in delivery, but it was resolved quickly! Historical Emporium was not at fault! The issue was with USPS!

Overall, the customer service was very good, I did request a larger size, but you guys didn't have it in stock, the salesman told me on the phone that I can try the smaller one. If it doesn't fit, I could always return it. Not knowing that it would cost me another 1295 for shipping. He should've clarified that but overall I am very satisfied.
