Overall, i am generally very happy with the products and services from Historical Emporium. I live in the UK, so however, i would just add that once the postal shipping charges plus the customs tax charges are added, buying products from Historical Emporium can work out as a rather expensive proposition. Of course, i understand that this is no fault of your good selves, though it does very much put me off buying from you in future. IF An item is over a certain price, an exorbitant customs charge is added. Combined with the postage, it can work out to a rather hefty expense. There was a problem with the gift card I had received. However it was quickly resolved by phone contact with an actual human, not AI.

I initially ordered a Frontier Classics black cotton duster in size large because that is my usual size. However, when I put it on, 2 men and a boy could have fit in it with me. I called Historical Emporium and spoke with Noel. He immediately shipped out another one sized Medium within and hour with a return shipping label. The Medium size I received fit perfectly and I returned the size Large using the same box with the return shipping label Historical Emporium provided. You might find it for less money someplace else but you won't find the same customer service anywhere else. I'm a satisfied customer.

I ordered a drop loop holster and surprised how fast it arrived. I was amazed at the quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately I ordered it a little too big. I shipped it back and within two weeks got the new holster. The new holster fits and looks awesome. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely give Historical Emporium my business in the future.
