I've made purchases from historical emporium several times before. I live in the West U.S. (Colorado and New Mexico) and like the frontier style of your shirts. Every shirt I've purchased with this style looks excellent along with my flat-topped western hats and my cowboy boots. The complete look is true west - not "Hollywood fakey". I get compliments on what I wear almost every day - from family, friends, and - even from folks I don't know, at a store or shopping mall or gas station for example! The customer service representative was knowledgeable about the situation! There was a minor delay in delivery, but it was resolved quickly! Historical Emporium was not at fault! The issue was with USPS!

I had no problems ordering. The shipping was a little long but I paid extra for faster shipping. Now I know shop a little earlier before an event. The clothing is very comfortable.

I should have ordered the 42" or 44" but you were out. I could not wait and thought it would be OK but it was not (my fault).

I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. I have been buying clothing from historical Emporium for many years. Ladies and Gentlemen, Historical Emporium does not make costumes. These are real clothes, well cut, well made of high quality materials. They are a good investment for the reenactor or the person who wants to introduce the style into daily life like I have.
