When I ordered the shirt, I was concerned that it may not arrive in time for my family member's birthday. But, I was able to place the order, in time for the occasion, and, I did put a comment in the order form stating that I hoped it would arrive before October 8. It arrived in plenty of time. it was packaged well, and arrived in great shape. My family member was very pleased with the shirt. Great overall experience. Thank you!!!

Returns are easy and no problem

Extremely responsive customer service, and turnaround time faster than what was listed on the site. What they make is very high quality, with good construction and materials, and very historically-accurate. It does not look "ready made" like a lot of other historical costumes I see.

These people offer good merchandise and great service. They will assist you with any issues that may arise and everyone knows that sometimes when ordering any kind of clothing where you can't try the items on, occasionally there's going to be size differences. I've only had a couple in my experience with these folks and they've always made it right.
